Delivery & Postage
Fedex are the designated couriers for all couriered orders, so rest easy in the knowledge that you are going to receive your package within hours of placing your order with us. Full online tracking details are sent with all dispatched orders (via email once shipped), meaning you can keep a close eye on your package whilst enroute to your doorstep. Mantality.co.za recommends using a work address if you think you will not be at home, as someone will need to sign for the package.
*NB: We hold our own stock here in SA, which means there are no additional taxes, duties or fees to be paid when your order is delivered. Your item(s) will be shipped from our office in Fourways, Johannesburg.
*Remember: all in-stock items can ship immediately! (or can be collected from our Johannesburg offices)
24hr Delivery (Courier method & Major Centres only, excludes Post Office/Speed Services):
Only R50 (incl vat) for all orders <2kg. All available product(s) ordered Monday to Friday before 1pm will be shipped that same day (for next working day delivery) guaranteed! If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be shipped first thing the next working day (at around 6pm). Packages greater than 2kg may take slightly longer to be delivered (24-72 hours) - however you will be made aware of this upon checkout.
Goods that are available (in stock) are shipped/dispatched within 24hrs - for next working day delivery where the Fedex delivery option is selected. If for any reason an item is out of stock or is on order, you will be immediately notified, and can expect to have the goods dispatched within 2 weeks - but realistically this is much quicker.
Please note: Deliveries are usually made in the morning before 12h00 (midday) working days Monday to Friday (and Saturdays at a nominal extra fee). Therefore orders placed on Friday before 12h00 (midday) can expect delivery first thing Monday morning (provided it is not a long weekend and Monday is a normal working day). Orders placed after 12h00 Friday and over the weekend ( and up to 12h00 Monday) can expect delivery first thing Tuesday morning. Orders placed the day before a public holiday will arrive the next working day.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED BY COURIER (FEDEX), I.E. POST OFFICE AND SPEED SERVICES, WILL TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 48HRS ( ONLY SPEED SERVICES) TO APPROX 7 WORKING DAYS FOR ORDINARY SAPO PARCELS. PLEASE ALLOW FOR THIS.
Saturday Deliveries:
For those placing an order before 1pm on a Friday, you now have the option to have your order delivered the very next day (i.e. Saturday) at a nominal extra charge of only R82 above the normal overnight rate (R132 in total).
So when you simply can’t wait till Monday to receive your package, select the “Saturday Express” and we’ll have it to you first thing in the morning - Saturday morning that is. (excludes outlying areas)

- FDX 1 - Overnight Express (<2kg) 1 Working day:
Delivery usually made within 24hrs (1 working day). However please allow upto 72 hours before contacting us in the unlikely event your order has not arrived. Orders >2kg in weight will take slightly longer, however you will be notified if this is the case, upon checkout.
- FDX 2 - 24 to 48 Hours (2-5kg) 1-2 Working days
Delivery usually within 1-2 working days. This method is used for heavier orders. Please allow upto 72 hours before contacting us in the unlikely event your order has not arrived.

Mantality.co.za are able to deliver to outlying areas, however this will be a little costlier and may take longer for delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery to an outlying area. There is no additional cost for orders sent to outlying areas via SAPO. (But please note we only guarantee orders sent via FedEx courier or Speed Services)
PO Box / Postnet / Counter Deliveries
You may also select this method when placing an order (<9kg) if you would like your order to be sent to your post office counter or PO Box. Delivery time is roughly 5-7 working days and a tracking reference is supplied. PO Box orders are packed the same working day but are shipped within 24hrs (workdays only) of the order being placed. So for example: if you place and order 2pm Friday afternoon, this would then be packed the following Monday afternoon and shipped the Tuesday morning.

- Postal deliveries are not guaranteed! In the unlikely event that your postal order goes missing, we unfortunately cannot send a replacement. Only Fedex courier deliveries are guaranteed.
Alternative Delivery Address
If you don’t think you will be in when delivery is made or you would like to have your order delivered to an alternative address i.e. work or as a gift, simply enter an alternative shipping address when asked during checkout, but keeping your billing details the same as to what your card is registered to.
Order Tracking
We provide online tracking codes for all orders dispatched. Tracking details are automatically sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please contact us if you require tracking help.
Order Not Delivered
You will need to sign for your package once delivery is made. However, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us.
Discreet Packages
All orders are sent in plain packaged brown boxes (for larger items) and A4 Fedex flyerpaks for all others, with no indication as to the contents whatsoever. This means that no prying eyes will be able to see what you have ordered.
International Shipping
Currently we only ship to South Africa and the following neighbouring countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe. Orders can still be placed for addresses outside of these areas, however you will need to send your own courier to collect once payment clears. Please email before hand to make arrangements to ship worldwide.
Order collections:
You are now able to collect your orders from Mantality HQ in Johannesburg (Fourways). Once your order has been paid for, processed and packed you can collect from our offices weekdays between 08h00 - 15h30 using details below. You are also able to pay when you collect either via card or cash

Please note: You may notice that other online stores will advertise the products that are available for 24hr delivery. We're the other way round, 24hr delivery (via courier to major cities when ordered before 1pm weekdays) comes standard! And anything that'll take longer than this is called a pre-order - as it means we're not holding this stock and need to order/import from our supplier before rush-shipping it off to you.
Pre-orders can take anywhere from 3-5 days for locally sourced products and 2-3 weeks for imports to be delivered to our offices, thereafter normal delivery times apply, i.e. 24-48hrs for courier (major cities) and 3-5 days for postal orders (48hrs for Speed Services).
Our pre-order service is a "best effort" service which means that we will do everything possible to ensure your order reaches you before the end of the 3rd week - however if things do go awry you can rest assured that we will keep you informed.
Payment - payment for pre-orders will be taken when your order is placed. Once payment has been received you order is confirmed and stock is allocated.
Delivery - once your imported pre-order is delivered to our offices, we will the dispatch it to you. You will then be notified to keep an eye-out for delivery. We will dispatch your order based on the original delivery method selected when the order was placed, i.e. courier or postal service. Couriered orders can expect delivery 24-48hrs after the notification email is sent and 5 days for postal orders.
