Dinner in the Sky is a unique event meant for anyone who wishes to transform an ordinary meal or meeting into a magical moment that will leave a lasting impression. With options to have breakfast in the sky, lunch in the sky, cocktails in the sky, meetings in the sky and more it is clear that the ‘Sky is the Limit’ where imagination is concerned.
Dinner in the Sky is a hosted table suspended at a height of up to 60 metres by crane and executed by a team of professionals. It accommodates for 22 people around the table at every session with three staff in the middle (chef, waiter and entertainer). Dinner in the Sky is an event that can be hosted at any public place to include the golf course, race track, castle, vineyard or historical site.
Your Dinner Menu includes the following sublime treats -
Starter - Smoked Salmon on potato latkes topped with fried Capers and leeks, Sour Cream & Caviar drizzled with mild tobacco and basil pesto oil.
Main course - Loin and Rack of Lamb with a Herb crust served with Roasted Garlic Mash Napped with a Dark Chocolate and Pinotage Jus Accompanied by Seasonal Vegetables.
Dessert - Coffee and Amarula tiramisu served with pistachio nut biscotti and a minted toffee sauce
