This is your introduction to the fastest growing sport of the 21st century! Kite boarding is a fantastic sport both to practice and to learn. You’re one-day Course provides all the fundamentals of kite flying.

• Landing and launching
• Pre flight checks and set up
• Site assessment and underpinning knowledge
• Water safety and work
• Body dragging
• Prelaunch and go
• Deep water self rescues and pack down.

At the end of a one-day course you will know all about kitesurfing and how to do the basics safely.

Location and transfers

Both places are ideal for learning, though we prefer to use Langebaan due to it's great teaching areas, we understand that most people aren't as flexible in terms of transport. Transfers can be arranged on request.

Participants need to be moderately fit and able to swim.
