General

Use the "Add to cart" button (on the product page) once you are happy with the item(s). Once the item(s) is in your basket: Click on the "Checkout" link in the upper right corner. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details. Select your payment method, and if "Credit Card" is selected you will now be forwarded to a secure page where you may safely and securely submit your card details. Alternatively if you elect to pay via other methods such as Bank Transfer, simply follow the instructions. Once your details have been submitted, you will return to the website and the order will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and will be notified once your package is on its way.

If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below.

Given the nature of the products all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

Please use a courier, as Mantality cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are the responsibilty and expense of the customer.

Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted).

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. A full refund will be made within 7 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. (excluding delivery).

Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account - or for store credit where applicable. Notice is given that free offers and our P&P (postage and packaging) costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due.

To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via Fedex will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page. Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip.

Delivery & Dispatch

Orders placed before 1pm on work days for in-stock products will be shipped (dispatched) that same day around 4pm. You will be notified via email (along with tracking details) once your order is shipped.

PO Box orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed, i.e. so an order placed after 1pm Friday up until 1pm Monday afternoon, would be shipped before 1pm Tuesday afternoon. You will receive an email informing you your order has been shipped, at around 4pm on the day of dispatch.

Deliveries to MCCs should occur within 1-2 work days from the day the order is dispatched. Orders for delivery outside of these areas and to suburbs further out from these centres (ODA: Outlying Delivery Areas), will take 2-3 (and sometimes up to 5) working days for delivery.

Outlying areas:Outlying Areas are determined automatically at checkout. For a List of Areas Considered Outlying Please contact us if you believe this to be incorrect and we'll request and update from our couriers.

Goods that are available (in stock and ready to ship) are shipped/dispatched within 24hrs when ordered before 1pm during office hours. If for any reason an item is out of stock or is on order, you will be immediately notified, and can expect to have the goods dispatched within 2 weeks - but realistically this is much quicker.

Please note: Deliveries are usually made in the morning before 12h00 (midday) working days Monday to Friday (and Saturdays at a nominal extra fee) however please allow until 5pm for delivery.

Friday orders placed before 1pm can expect delivery on Monday (provided it is not a long weekend and Monday is a normal working day). Orders placed after 1pm Friday and over the weekend (and up to 1pm Monday) can expect delivery on Tuesday. Orders placed the day before a public holiday will arrive the next working day.

Postal orders: Orders not delivered by courier (where a post address was given), i.e. Post office and speed services, will take anywhere from 48hrs (only speed services) to approx 7 working days for ordinary SAPO parcels. Please allow for this. If you need your order sooner, please supply a physical address. Except for outlying areas where courier delivery would not be possible or is too expensive.

How to Collect an Order from Mantality

Shop online and place your order via the website. At the delivery section then choose "Collection / Pickup". Complete the order and you'll be given the option to make a secure payment via credit card, bank transfer/EFT or a cash deposit.

Once the order is placed you'll receive a order confirmation via email. Shortly after that we’ll send you an email with the status "Awaiting Collection" which means your order is ready to be collected.

The order can then be collected from our collection point.

ATTENTION: We're an online store and ship nationwide. Collections are possible from our collection point but please note that your order needs to be placed and paid for before arriving to collect.

Customers with their delivery address in a major city centre should work on 1-2 days for their package to be delivered after the order has been shipped. Orders over 2kg will take an extra 1-2 days after shipping. Normally though if the item(s) ordered are in stock (and < 2kg) and the order is placed before 1pm on a work day, usually you should receive your package the very next business day - provided your delivery address is in a Major City Centre.

If you have not received your package after 5 days and delivery was via a courier, there could be a problem with delivery. Please contact us if there's is no tracking information so we can follow up with the couriers. Postal orders take between 5-7 work days so please contact us after day 7 if your order has still not arrived.

Currently we only ship to South Africa and the following neighboring countries: Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe. Orders can still be placed for addresses outside of these areas, however we will need to get a quote for delivery to your country.

Payments

Absolutely not! We are proudly one of the few South African companies that holds their own stock. The price you are charged at checkout is the final price you will pay.

Our secure payment pages are hosted and processed by Payfast. ’Mantality’ will appear on your transaction statements.

Currently we do not support PayPal payments.

Mantality’s payment pages are hosted on a secure server provided by Payfast – South Africa’s leading online payment service providers. All sensitive data submitted online through the secure server conforms to international 256 bit SSL3 encryption requirements, thus complete peace of mind is ensured. PayFast is PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider, which is the highest level possible.

Details of our Terms and Conditions:
By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us (whether in-store, by telephone, via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us either (as applicable): (i) by delivery of the goods to you; or (ii) by providing the goods you have purchased to you at the trade counter, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us.

  1. Payment: The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. Where we accept your order, we have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. All goods supplied remain the property of Mantality until such time as they are paid for in full.
  3. We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order and purchase, and any applicable charges for delivery, before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.
  4. All goods sold through this site are sold as ’retail goods’. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

  7. Availability: All goods are subject to availability. While we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders and purchases, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided to us to ask you how you wish to proceed. We may, at our discretion, process any part of the order which is available. Where goods are out of stock, we will refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days or, in the case of an account customer, we may, in our absolute discretion, as soon as possible raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to you.
  8. We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
  9. Right to return: All goods come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money less a 15% restocking fee (delivery costs are non refundable). Re-shipping charge for alternative products lies with the customer.
  10. Pricing: Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced, incorrectly discounted or described incorrectly, in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
