 How do I order products online?
The Mantality.co.za website is very easy to use and to find out exactly what you’re after is a breeze. However if you need a little help ordering, don’t hesitate to get in touch, but the following steps should be taken when placing an order:

  1. Navigate through the website using the categories menu on the left-hand side. All products are logically ordered
  2. View the product and read through all details and descriptions to get an idea of features benefits and what to expect
  3. Use the "Add to basket" button (on the product page) once you are happy with the item(s)
  4. Once the item(s) is in your basket: Click on the "Checkout" link in the upper right corner.
  5. Fill in all your necessary contact and delivery details.
  6. Select your payment method, and if "Credit Card" is selected you will now be forwarded to a secure page hosted by Netcash where you may safely and securely submit your card details. Alternatively if you elect to pay via other methods such as Bank Transfer, simply follow the instructions.
  7. Once your details have been submitted, you will return to the Mantality.co.za website and the order will be processed.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and will be notified once your package is on its way.

Simply as that! No queuing, no pushing, no fussing - what a pleasuring doing things the Mantality way.


When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 1pm (workdays) will be shipped (dispatched) that same day around 6pm - for next day delivery (when Fedex delivery option is selected). PO Box orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed, i.e. so an order placed at 10am Monday morning would be shipped before 11:59am Tuesday morning. PO Box orders placed over the weekend (and from 1pm Friday afternoon) would ship Tuesday morning. You will receive an email informing you your order has been shipped, at around 6pm on the day of dispatch.


Can I come collect my order?
Unfortunately no collections are permitted.


Can I buy your products in a shop?
Probably not. Many of Mantality.co.za's products are specially imported from different suppliers/manufacturers around the world, and are only available online (in South Africa) from this website.

How long should I expect for my package to arrive?

The international giants and all round Top Dogs: Fedex are the designated package handler for all Mantality.co.za orders. South African customers should work on 1-3 days for their package to be delivered. Normally though if the item(s) ordered are in stock (and < 2kg) and the order is placed before 12pm (midday) you should recieve your package the very next morning. Not bad eh.


What if my package has not arrived after 5 days?
If you have not received your package after 5 days, take a deep breath, calm down to a mild panic, and simply head over to the Contact us page and get in touch via email or phone to find out exactly what the heck is taking so long.

What will the "Transaction Descriptor" appear as on my Card statement?
Our secure payment pages are hosted and processed by Netcash LTD. ’NETCASH’ will appear on all transaction statements for purchases made at the Mantality.co.za store.

What if I want to return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below. Given the nature of the products all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsability of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

A full refund will be made within 7 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. (excluding postage & packaging). Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account - or for store credit where applicable.

Notice is given that free offers and our P&P (postage and packaging) costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via Fedex will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page.

Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Then Contact us to arrange for your order to be collected/returned.


If I have any problems, issues or queries how should I get in contact?
Simply head over to the Contact us page and choose one of the methods. Email queries are usually replied to within a few hours (during working hours).


Do the prices shown include V.A.T?
Yes. All prices are VAT inclusive.
