There are a few things to consider before buying. If you are around 7 inches you will pop out the back. Which is ok and still usable. Just take off the cap at the end or trust shallow so you don't bottom out. If you are still unsure then get a full sized fleshlight with the swallow texture. If your girth is above average say 5.5 inches it might feel to tight use. Which happened to me but you can fix that with a little customizing. I used a steel file and filed down the ring holding the fleshlight inside the case. Making it wider and giving yo more room inside. And then used a fine sandpaper to make it smooth. And it worked great, it's still nice and tight but customized to fit me just right. And only took me 10min to do so its not big hassle or anything.
The girth and size might be a problem but is the same for all Sex and can fleshlights. If you are way above average in size go for a full sized fleshlight. And if you feel the Sex in Can is to tight you can all ways just file it down to fit you just right. For its its price I would still recommend this fleshlight. It's definitely my favorite of the 5 I have.
