Suggested use:

PENISPLUS+ is worn totally discretely under your usual clothing and applies a steady pull to the penis. Shaft and glans are fixed with an elastic tape which is tied around the waist. By shortening or lengthening of this soft belt the strength of the pull may be adjusted individually.
