Details of our Terms and Conditions:
By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise from using this website.

1.  All goods supplied remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.
2.  All goods sold through this site are sold as ’retail goods’. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.
3.  This site trades in accordance with recent internatinal directives for online trading as follows:

• We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.
• All goods come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (delivery costs are non refundable).

4. Returns conditions:

If you would like to return an item, send us an email stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below. Given the nature of the products sold on this website all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsability of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

A full refund will be made within 30 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. (excluding postage & packaging). Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account - or for store credit where applicable.

Notice is given that free offers and our P&P (postage and packaging) costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

All Packages returned to us unclaimed via Fedex will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page.

Please use registered mail for all returns, as Mantality.co.za cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted):

5.  All Packages returned to us unclaimed via Fedex will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our delivery page.

6.  Your credit card is charged in the name of our secure card processor Netcash (PTY) Ltd and will appear on your statement as "NETCASH".

7.  All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Mantality.co.za within 3 days of the delivery date. All goods are supplied with a 90 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 14 day satisfaction guarantee).

8.  Products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.
9.  Mantality.co.za cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.  

10.  Material on this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way. All material is the copyright property of Mantality CC.

11.  Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
