Having just had a conversation with one of Mantality’s esteemed suppliers, he congratulated me on getting a mention in an article outlining the Best Online Shops in South Africa. Slightly confused I thanked him and asked if it was the one relating to the 2014 eCommerce Awards which ran last year and listed Mantality. Fortunately it was more recent and upon further investigation I discovered that Mybroadband ran an independent survey themselves. The article went on to say: “The survey asked people which online shops they use regularly, and to rate the following aspects of each shop: website, ordering process and payment; products and pricing; customer service and support; and delivery. The survey was completed by 1,198 people. While this is a significant sample, it should be noted that the respondents were mainly males working in the IT and business fields.”
This was a truly nice surprise to see Mantality nestled in amongst these titans of eCommerce in South Africa.
