Delivery & Fulfillment

For deliveries to major cities, orders are usually received within 1-3 working days after your order is shipped/dispatched. For areas outside the major cities it'll take a few days longer. However we'll do everything possible to ensure it is received sooner than this. Below is a guideline of when your product will be shipped/dispatched. These apply to orders placed during normal business hours and exclude weekends and public holidays, where dispatch will then rollover to the next business day.

Delivery Fee: Courier delivery costs R89.95 for major centre areas and R150 for outlying areas. Please see other delivery options and fees at checkout.

Below is an estimation for delivery times. Once your order is shipped/dispatched (based on above schedule) this is when it is with the couriers and the delivery times below would then apply.

Note: Delivery via courier to your home/work address is made during business hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Above delivery times are estimates; exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Credit Cards & Payment

Mantality’s credit card submission pages are hosted on a secure server provided by Payfast – South Africa’s leading online payment service provider. All sensitive data is submitted online through their secure server and no details are sent to us - all we receive is a confirmation from Payfast that the payment was successful or not. The credit card submission page conforms to international 256 bit SSL3 encryption requirements, thus complete peace of mind is ensured. However you are able to pay via your bank (EFT, deposit etc) or in person when collecting if you'd prefer.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return. Return address details are found below. Given the nature of the products all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

1. The goods must be unused
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
